Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.

Returns and Refunds plus Delivery Options

Local Pick Up

· Collection is available Monday – Friday 10am -6pm for any customers willing to drive to our site at Knowsley, Liverpool. L33 7SY. There are no shipping charges for collection or pick up in person. 

· You will receive an email or call to inform you when your products will be available to collect.


Mainland England, Wales and Scotland

· Delivery charges are dependent on the package, weight of the order and are a flat rate. 

· Typically, products are shipped within 7-10 days from the order date. 

· Any orders after 5pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day. 

· Orders Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

· Due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping times can sometimes be affected but we still aim to ship within 7-10 days from order date.


Outside Mainland UK

· Any other areas outside of this will be subject to a delivery cost review that will be actioned on a case-by-case basis. 


Returns

· Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund unless customised and manufactured. 

· After 14 days, the case for a return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

· Any damaged products need to be photographed and emailed to bespoke@abbeygroup.co.uk for review. If it is clear the products do not fit the description of the goods purchased, then replacement products will be sent out at no additional fee. 

· In the event of lost or missing goods by the courier company, we will investigate with them to try and find a resolution in the next 10 days. If this is not fixed in that period of time, we will send a replacement order to you and chase the courier company for the original order to be returned to us.
